Charly Daoud is a licensed California Realtor (CA DRE #02023368) with eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles and the founder and team leader of Beyond Estates, based at 3001 Rancho Vista Blvd in Palmdale. He is the #1 selling agent in the Antelope Valley, was ranked #1 in California on the eXp Realty leaderboard, holds Best of Zillow status with 5.0 stars from 190 Zillow reviews, and his team closed 279 sales in the last 12 months (Zillow, Oct 2026). He grew up in the Antelope Valley, lives in Palmdale with his wife and two kids, and works in English, Spanish and Arabic.
Who is Charly Daoud?
Charly Daoud is a Palmdale native who turned a one-man real estate practice into the highest-producing team in the Antelope Valley. He got licensed in March 2017, started at Keller Williams Antelope Valley, and moved his team to eXp Realty where Beyond Estates now operates as one of the largest real estate offices in the AV with 20+ agents and a 6-person support staff.
He still lives in Palmdale with his wife and two kids. That matters for a simple reason: he is not an agent who drives up from LA for a listing appointment. He knows which side of Palmdale floods when it rains, which Lancaster tracts carry Mello-Roos, what a Quartz Hill lot is worth versus the same lot in East Lancaster, and what a commuter actually pays in time on the 14 freeway.
Charly is fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic, and about half of Beyond Estates' clients are Spanish-speaking families buying their first home.

What Charly does differently
Most agents hand you a key and a list of phone numbers. Beyond Estates owns the moving company, the furniture store and the renovation crew, and built the partnerships that make the rest free. The commission is the same as any other agent. What comes with it is not.
Charly also runs Beyond Estates Academy, a California real estate licensing school, and Beyond TC, a transaction coordination division that supports agents across eXp. He coaches agents daily on conversion, Zillow Flex lead handling and client experience, which is why the team's standard holds even when Charly is not the agent on your deal.
