Do I have to pay a buyer's agent in California?

In most transactions the seller's side pays the buyer's agent, so Beyond Estates buyers pay $0. Since 2024 buyer-agent compensation is negotiated per deal and confirmed in writing before you commit.

Can I switch agents if I already have one?

If you have not signed a buyer representation agreement you are free to work with whoever gives you the most. If you have, call us anyway and we will walk you through your options honestly.

Do you help with new construction in Palmdale and Lancaster?

Yes. We represent buyers at every active builder community in the Antelope Valley and negotiate incentives, rate buydowns and upgrades on your behalf. The builder pays our fee.
