Press release
PALMDALE, Calif., October 2026. Charly Daoud, founder and team leader of Beyond Estates (eXp Realty), has been recognized as the #1 selling real estate agent in the Antelope Valley for 2026, with his team closing more than 300 home sales in the past 12 months across Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill, Rosamond and surrounding communities.
Daoud, a Palmdale native licensed since 2017, has also been ranked #1 in California and Top 5 in the United States on the eXp Realty agent leaderboard, and Beyond Estates holds Best of Zillow status with more than 200 five-star client reviews.
"We grew up here. Our clients are our neighbors," Daoud said. "The way we got to #1 is simple: we answer the phone, we tell people the truth about price, and we give back value nobody else does."
Beyond Estates operates as a one-stop shop for Antelope Valley homebuyers and sellers. The team owns its own moving company, furniture store and renovation crew, allowing it to provide buyers with free movers, up to three months of free storage, free pest control and a one-year home warranty at no additional cost, and to include Zillow Showcase premium listings free for sellers.
The 20-agent team, headquartered at 3001 Rancho Vista Blvd in Palmdale, has expanded in 2026 with offices serving the San Fernando Valley, Bakersfield and the Central Valley, and also operates Beyond Estates Academy, a California real estate licensing school.
Beyond Estates serves clients in English, Spanish and Arabic. More information: beyond-estate.com or (661) 441-3706.
