3. Who will I actually be talking to day to day? You, an assistant, a transaction coordinator?
4. How fast do you return calls and texts on weekends?
5. Can I see your last 10 reviews on Zillow and Google?
6. What do you do differently from every other agent for the same commission?

For listing agents

7. What price would you list my home at, and what three comps support it?
8. Do you include Zillow Showcase? Professional video? Drone?
9. How many active buyers are in your database right now?
10. What happens if we get no offers in 14 days?
11. What are my total costs to sell, line by line?

For buyer's agents

12. Do I pay you anything, and when is that put in writing?
13. How do you win in multiple-offer situations without overpaying?
14. Which lenders do you work with and why?
